Development must comply with Administrative Manual Section 2-06.0.0 Development Package. A building permit will also be required for the proposed monopole. Please note that the development package and building permit may be submitted concurrently; however, the development package must be approved by all reviewers prior to zoning approval of the building permit. 2. A Wireless Communication, limited to communication towers and antennas, use is permitted in the I-1 zone through a Zoning Examiner Special Exception Procedure (UDC 3.4.3), subject to use-specific standards 4.9.13.Q, as well as 4.9.4.I.2, .3, and .6.a, or .6.b. 3. The use is also permitted in the I-1 zone through a PDSD Special Exception Procedure (UDC 3.4.2), subject to use-specific standards 4.9.13.Q, as well as 4.9.4.I.2, .3, and .7.b. 4. The use is also permitted in the I-1 zone through a Mayor and Council Special Exception Procedure (UDC 3.4.4), subject to use-specific standards 4.9.13.Q, and 4.9.4.I.2, .3, and .8. 5. Per UDC Table 6.3-5.B, the maximum height permitted for a Communications use in the I-1 zone is 300 feet. 6.
