TSM 10-01.3.3 Sidewalks are required along the entire street frontage of all properties with developments that expand floor area, site area, or vehicular use area of 25% or more. A sidewalk will be required along N Freming Ave. 2. TSM 10-01.4.1 All projects which require a new sidewalk will provide a sidewalk with a minimum width of five feet along local streets and six feet along collector and arterial streets. The new sidewalk should be 5’ wide. 3. A pedestrian easement will be required if the new sidewalk is on private property. Contact Bob Beecher for assistance and a template for an easement dedication. Bob.Beecher@tucsonaz.gov 4. TSM 10-01.4.1 The running slope of the sidewalk should not exceed 1:20 unless the street grade exceeds this maximum. Then the sidewalk must conform to ramp requirements of 1:12 max running slope. See TSM 10-01.4.2 for ramp specifications. 5. If a new driveway apron for the parking lot on the east side of the building is necessary to meet the sidewalk requirement, please reference P. A. G. Standard Details 206 in the design.
