Additional work could include evaluation of the site for National Register eligibility, data recovery or project redesign for avoidance. The narrative should be revised to address cultural resources consistent with the area plan language. | |||

They explained to me and now I understand that the language in this policy has the purpose of setting up the foundation for development in this region and acknowledges and emphasizes the importance of protecting such things as floodplain, ERZ, and PRA without dictating the implementation. The implementation will happen later at the PCD/Rezoning stage along with secondary studies on current conditions of such things as floodplain, ERZ and PRA if any modifications to the ERZ/PRA zones are proposed.
