NOTE: Please confirm if this was submitted in error. There is another permit that seems to be applying for a permit that is of the same (TF TF-FOP-1125-01541). 2. Please do the following for each tent. a. Please have an Arizona Licensed Structural Engineer seal/sign/date the structural calculation and membrane structure drawings signifying that according to his analysis the membrane structure design/structural calculation will comply in Arizona. b. Please submit the anchoring system you will be using (this should show the thickness, and the length should you be using stakes). c. Please indicate their locations on your floor plan. d. Please indicate how many stakes (if this is what you are using) you will be installing at each post base plate location. e. Show the resistance each stake will provide. f. Show the total resistance at each post base plate and illustrate that it is enough to resist the lateral forces. 3. Floor Plan a. Please submit this drawing that locates/label all the parts required such as fire extinguisher, exit sign, emergency lights, no smoking, electric power generator if used, etc. (please see example floor plan example previously sent to all tent applicants). 4. Please submit the Flame Spread and Smoke Development report. Submit the membrane material's fire propagation performance test and flame spread rating certificate. Awnings & canopies shall comply to the fire propagation performance criteria Test 1 or 2 of NFPA 701 and Flame Spread Index not greater than 25 per ASTM E84 or UL 723. IBC 3105.3Please resubmit. 5.
