Please do the following for each tent. a. For this permit we will use the submitted Structural Analysis exhibits that indicates the design is meant for California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Washington, New Mexico, Oregon and New Hampshire. b. In the future, please have the Arizona Licensed Structural Engineer add a statement adjacent to the seal/stamp indicating that according to his analysis the membrane structure design/structural calculation will also comply in Arizona. c. The submitted exhibit also mentions that the installer is responsible for providing the anchorage system to resist the lateral loads (the anchoring system does not come with the membrane structure package). i. Please submit the anchoring system you will be using (this should show the thickness, and the length should you be using stakes). ii. Please indicate their locations on your floor plan. iii. Please indicate how many stakes (if this is what you are using) you will be installing at each post base plate location. iv. Show the resistance each stake will provide. v. Show the total resistance at each post base plate and illustrate that it is enough to resist the lateral forces. vi. Indicate the status of the soil structure is being installed at. d. Floor Plan i. The Floor Plan is missing. ii. Please submit this drawing that locates/label all the parts required such as fire extinguisher, exit sign, emergency lights, etc. (please see example floor plan example previously sent to all tent applicants). e. Please submit the Flame Spread and Smoke Development report as well for this membrane material. 2. Please resubmit.
