Please submit a floor plan containing the following. i. LOCATE/LABEL THE FOLLOWING ON THE PLAN: 1. LIGHTED EXIT LIGHTS WITH POWER BACKUP 2. EMERGENCY LIGHTS WITH POWER BACKUP 3. FIRE EXTINGUISHERS 4. NO SMOKING 5. ELECTRIC POWER GENERATOR(S) - IF USED 3. NOTE: Structural members size Calculations exhibits and Anchoring System used shall be sealed/signed/dated by an Arizona licensed Structural Engineer. 4. Awnings & canopies shall comply to the fire propagation performance criteria Test 1 or 2 of NFPA 701 and Flame Spread Index not greater than 25 per ASTM E84 or UL 723 and comply to NFPA 286 per IBC 3105.3 a. Please submit documentation. 5. Anchoring System used. a. No information of the anchoring system used. i. Please submit exhibit drawings. ii. If stakes are used. 1. Provide length and diameter of stake. a. Provide resistance capacity. 2. Provide how many stakes per post. a. Provide calculation on total resistance. b. Provide lateral forces to be resisted by the anchoring system at each post. b. No information as to how the structure is anchored onto soil/earth. i. Please submit exhibit drawings. c. No post bottom plate information. i. Please submit exhibit drawings. 6. Please resubmit.
