Additionally, please submit complete copies of all permit documents (i.e. plans, calculations, reports, etc.) even if they have not been changed. Please note the submittal was incomplete and the plan review was conducted using the information presented. The subsequent review could generate more comments after original comments have been addressed. 1. Please provide an installation/staking design, calculations and construction drawing, prepared by an Arizona licensed designer, seal, signed and dated reflecting the conditions for the site in Tucson, AZ. IBC 107.1 Please include the following information in the design criteria. A. The design code is the 2018 IBC as amended by the City of Tucson B. The wind speed has been amended as follows - Section 1609.1.1 Determination of wind loads. Risk Category I – 100 mph Risk Category II – 105 mph Risk Category III – 110 mph Risk Category IV – 115 mph 2. Please provide construction/staking drawings sealed and dated by an Arizona licensed registrant. IBC 107.1 and amend the drawings to show or include the following information. A. Please amend the base layout plan to indicate how many stakes are required at each base plate. Also amend the plans to identify the diameter, length and material strength of the anchoring stakes.
