Please provide/submit the properties of the proposed membrane being used complying to the above. 3. Compliance with the accessibility requirements including stable, firm and slip-resistant pathways (i.e., paved, compacted/smooth, plywood), ramps, rails, guards, parking and restroom facilities. a.
