(30”, more if under high-weight traffic) (4.1.3) (10.4.2.2.2) - Note system to be tested at 200psi (or 50psi above street pressure) for 2 hours (10.4.2.2) - Note system to be flushed, and flush witnessed by TFD inspector (10.10.2.1) Verify submittal does not contain any previous approval stamps.
