The Site Plan should include the following: - Actual physical address of project - Installing contractor, including address, phone number and ROC information - Diameter, type, and length of all segments - Indicate method and type of joint restraints - Note indicating fire service underground to conform to NFPA 24 - Note minimum depth of bury to be _______. (typically 30”, more if under high weight traffic) *per NFPA 24 2016ed. 10.4.2.2.2. - Note system to be tested at 200psi (or 50psi above street pressure) for 2 hours *per NFPA 24 2016ed. 10.4.2.2.1. - Note system to be flushed, and flush witnessed by TFD inspector *per NFPA 24 2016ed. 10.10.1. Please note inspectors will be looking at tracer wire, poly wrap of metallic fittings, etc at time of hydro. Please include notes on plan.
