Thank you for the comment letter on building permit TC-RES-1125-05602. All comments great, except #3, regarding the sight visibility triangles. A 30’x30’ will not be sufficient due to average daily trips, both roads are designated as minor local roads. The proposed wall cannot encroach into the sight visibility plane for the intersection of Drachman and Plumer. Please see the attached markups showing the nearside sight visibility triangle for westbound Drachman. Please refer to Section 10-01.5.0 for site visibility code, reference table and figures at this link https://codelibrary.amlegal.com/codes/tucson/latest/tucson_az_udc/0-0-0-12469. 2. For resubmission, please submit revised construction plans to this permit TE-FPU-1225-00465 3. Site engineering is unable to approve related building permit TC-RES-1125-05602 until the floodplain use permit is issued.
