Site Engineering Comments:
1. The estimated flood depth for this area is 11inches and the structure will be required to be elevated one foot above this. With the survey reporting Highest Adjacent Grade is 2489.7ft NAVD88, Finished Floor Elevation for the sleeping quarters will be 2491.62ft NAVD88.
2. This will require an elevation certificate to be completed by a registered land surveyor.
3. For resubmission, provide finished floor elevation on plan set.
4. Once plans are updated and fees are processed, an elevation certificate will be found in the attachments section of the floodplain use permit.
5. Site engineering is unable to approve related permit TC-RES-0425-01709 until the Floodplain Use Permit has been issued.
