Site Engineering Review Comments:
1. Final Elevation Certificate submittal denied – The submitted elevation certificate shows that the determined base flood elevation (BFE) as 2490.62’. The sleeping quarters FFE of 2491.66’ is considered compliant per Floodplain regulations, but the elevation certificate also shows machinery and equipment (M&E) at 2490.1’ as shown on C2.e and through the photos provided. A revision will be required so that the mini-split AC units are built 1-ft above the established BFE as required for both the dwelling and all M&E for the proposed development. Ensure that resubmission accurately shows that all equipment is elevated at least 1-ft above the BFE.
2. It appears there was an error in the creation of the original form, a NEW Elevation Certificate form has been created and provided within the attachment of this FPU permit, please ensure that for resubmission the new cert form is used.
