Please address engineering comments from 2/3/25; see below.

1. Owner contacted 2.3.25 regarding cost estimate. Garage can be considered a separate structure given breezeway. If the garage will be considered a separate structure:
a) please revise the cost estimate by removing all garage materials and labor

b) On the site plans please show flood vents within 1 foot of grade level that provide at least 1 square inch of venting per 1 square foot of garage, or provide a minimum finished floor elevation (FFE) of 2485.68ft NAVD88 for the garage.
