2) Since this project is located in a high risk floodplain, provide notes to plans regarding that work must be scheduled for days where no rain is forecasted and notes regarding methods for addressing potential flows (rain, water well discharging, fire hydrant flushing, pool flushing, etc) from entering excavated trench during construction. Methods may include: coordination with TFD and Tucson Water to assure no fire hydrant or well flushing or discharges will be occuring during the scheduled work for this project's activities. Other methods: having on stand-by flow diversion controls to divert ruoff approaching excavation, having pump truck available / on stand-by, and other SWP BMP's.
3) provide traffic control plan with right-of-way permit application submittal.
