Interpolation between the 2-ft contours and 11 inches of assumed flooding suggests a BFE of 2433.92ft NAVD88 at the location of the ADU. The minimum FFE would be 2434.92ft NAVD88. Alternatively, the FFE shall be 2 feet above existing grade.
