| 10/05/2023 | Site Engineering | REQUIRES RESUBMIT | 1. Indicate on the site plan and the construction plans that the finished floor elevation of the proposed building will be at or greater than 2580.5 feet elevation. The base flood elevation at this site is 2579.5 feet elevation, and the State of Arizona requires that the finished floor elevation of a building in the floodplain is one foot above the base flood elevation. Additionally, when the building is being constructed, two elevation certificates must be filled out by a registered land surveyor. The first elevation certificate must be filled out before the pre-slab inspection and the second when construction is completed, before final inspections. Both elevation certificates must be submitted to the TDC Online portal or otherwise returned to the City. Lianne Evans lianne.evans@tucsonaz.gov |
