Site Engineering Comments are as follows:

1. This Floodplain Use Permit (FPU) requires an accompanying elevation certificate. The finished floor (FFE) of the structure and equipment must be elevated 1-ft above the base flood elevation (BFE) of 2459.5 feet NAVD 88 to comply with floodplain standards. This base flood elevation requires that the FFE be 2460.5 feet NAVD 88.
2. Please forward the Elevation Certificate to your surveyor so they may certify floodplain compliance. This form can be found in the Attachments section of this permit.
3. Provide the FFE on the Site Plan of the permit submittal.
