For next submission please upload the intermediate elevation certificate (prior to pouring slab) by a registered surveyor or professional engineer to this permit on TDC-Online.tucsonaz.gov. This FPU permit is associated with (TC-RES-0625-03181).
1. It is understood that the existing garage has a finished floor elevation from Alta Environmental & Infrastructure was measured at 2459.79 NAVD88. Please note that existing elevation on sheet A-2. (Keep required FFE 2560.5 on plans as this is the required elevation for compliance with City of Tucson Standards for Drainage and Floodplain Management.
2. An intermediate and final elevation certificate completed by a registered surveyor will be required when pouring the new slab to confirm the finished floor will meet or exceed the required elevation of the finished floor.
3. Next steps are to add the existing finished floor to construction document and resubmit to the building permit (TC-RES-0625-03181). After approval of building permit, and before inspections, submit intermediate Elevation Certificate to this permit.
