09/18/2023 Site Engineering REQUIRES RESUBMIT 1. Show on the site plan that the finished floor elevation will be at or above 2376 feet elevation. Arizona and FEMA regulations require that the building be elevated one foot above the base flood elevation of 2375 feet elevation. FEMA also requires that the elevation be confirmed in an elevation certificate filled out by a registered land surveyor both before the foundation is poured and after the construction is completed. Both of these elevation certificates must be submitted to the City.
