Site Engineering Comments:
1. This floodplain use (FPU) permit was created due to the site located in a recognized City of Tucson floodplain. In addition, Neighborhood Preservation Design Review is required for the approval of the permit.
2. Please note, flood design must be implemented in the Neighborhood Preservation Design Review. This site may be compliant with floodplain review if there is proper (unblocked) venting below any solid fence, or venting blocks every 5 ft to allow water to flow.
3. For resubmittal, please submit application for Design Review to this permit, and include all fence details.
