This letter reflects comments to be addressed. For facilitating a shorter review time, please provide updated plans and calculations with a written response to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Do not cloud the changes made for comment updates; revisions are processed if changes occur after the permit is issued. Provide a response letter addressing each comment with location of change on the plans. Submit the separate response letter and plan set files. 1. The submitted cost estimate must itemize all costs associated with the proposed “Scope of Work” section broken down into separate line items per each area of work. Material used needs to be broken into items and separated from the equipment used for the work. This estimate breakdown is done in order to evaluate items and costs related to the strict limits of Substantial Improvement and Substantial Damage (SI/SD) requirements. 2. The required cost estimate format must be submitted and approved prior to TC-COM-0626-00959 receiving final approval and issuance.
