Do not cloud the changes made for comment updates; revisions are processed if changes occur after the permit is issued. Provide a response letter addressing each comment with location of change on the plans. Submit the separate response letter and plan set files. 1. A Floodplain Use (FPU) Permit was created on the applicant’s behalf because the project exists entirely within a FEMA regulated Flood Zone associated with Wilson Ave Wash, and a floodplain use (FPU) permit is needed for all building permits. 2. Please review and address comments on residential permit TC-RES-0626-03224 before receiving final approval and issuance.
