Site Engineering comments are as follows: 1. This project lies within the Wilson Av Wash floodplain and will require a floodplain use permit (FPU). An FPU has been submitted on your behalf to accompany the Commercial Building Permit, TC-COM-0626-00815. For the Floodplain Use Permit, submit a cost estimate for the improvements within the building, i.e. the tenant improvement portion exclusive of any of the site work. The estimate should be submitted on the contractor's letterhead. Include separate lines for materials, labor, and any warranties. This structure is subject to substantial improvement calculations and potential floodplain compliance requirements. 2. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
