Both cost-estimates submitted are unable to differentiate costs by zone. $272,775 is not a viable estimate for improvements to the structure (Office Zone) when Finishes, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Communications, etc (which are assumed to be mostly in the Office Zone) exceed $527,000.

Please submit a cost estimate by zone (Daycare Zone, Office Zone, Shared/Whole Building Items) with each CSI Division provided on the cost estimate. Include overhead, profit, and warranty by zone, as well as materials and labor.
