This letter reflects comments to be addressed. For facilitating a shorter review time, please provide updated plans and calculations with a written response to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Do not cloud the changes made for comment updates; revisions are processed if changes occur after the permit is issued. Provide a response letter addressing each comment with location of change on the plans. Submit the separate response letter and plan set files. Site Engineering Review Comments: 1. This floodplain use (FPU) permit will involve the calculation of substantial improvement process with the submission of a cost estimate from the registered contractor. The cost estimate must be submitted on official company/contractor letterhead and shall itemize all costs associated with the proposed scope of work, broken down into separate line items including, but not limited to: ALL MUST BE SEPERATED or resubmission will be required a. Labor (all trades) b. Materials and Equipment c. Overhead and Profit d. Warranties, Permits, and Fees 2. The cost estimate must reflect the full market value cost to complete the proposed work. Estimates that reflect only partial scopes, discounted rates, or owner-supplied labor must still account for the fair market value of all work performed. 3. Site engineering will be unable to approve permit TC-RES-0526-02488 until this associated FPU permit is approved.
