The cost estimate must be submitted on official company/contractor letterhead and shall itemize all costs associated with the proposed scope of work, broken down into separate line items including, but not limited to:

ALL MUST BE SEPERATED or resubmission will be required
i. Labor (all trades)
ii. Materials and Equipment
iii. Overhead and Profit
iv. Warranties, Permits, and Fees

2. The cost estimate must reflect the full market value cost to complete the proposed work. Estimates that reflect only partial scopes, discounted rates, or owner-supplied labor must still account for the fair market value of all work performed.
