Site Engineering Comments:
1. The building permit, TC-RES-1225-05991, has proposed alterations to the existing residential dwelling (enclose existing attached carport, remodel storage) that must report a cost-estimate of the materials and labor as this will add to substantial improvement calculation. All work can be completed by owner-builder, however, an estimate is still required.
2. Provide on letterhead from a reputable contractor an itemized list of labor, materials/equipment, and warranties/fees associated with the project. Ensure to have company/contractor letterhead on the document for proper documentation. ELSE, a complete list of materials and estimated labor by the owner-builder, must also include approximated labor/time.
