The Site Engineering Team advises that you resubmit an appraisal from the recent sale so that we can have on file a higher valuation and not take up the majority of the 10-year improvement costs. Else, submit a comment response letter that the owner wishes to proceed with a 47.98% substantial improvement calculation for the next ten years.
