Flood venting holes in the fence must be provided at grade. Please specify this on the site plan.
For panel fences, the panels must be elevated 6 inches above the ground, or an 8-inch flood vent must be present every 12 inches.
For brick walls, an open brick must be present every other brick at grade.

Please specify the size of the opening on the plans.

Please show top view detail of the proposed fence with location of flood vents. If fence is a panel fence indicate on the plans that all areas are elevated 6" and this clearance will be maintained.
