Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all of the Site Landscape and NPPO Section review comments have been addressed. SITE LANDSCAPE/NPPO SECTION COMMENTS: 1. Overall, the plans look good for native plants and riparian mitigation. The irrigation plan looks good as well, other than providing some kind of permission/agreement documentation from the neighboring property owner for use of their metered water for the irrigation. The submittal did not include this documentation. Provide a shared use agreement that would allow tapping into the adjacent property water line. Thank you.
