The proposed addition is located at the rear of what was originally a detached garage. The proposed addition will match the existing roof line and have limited visibility. The addition appears to be compatible but distinct from the historic portion of the house. Distinction is provided via weep screed in the stucco. The proposed addition can be determined consistent with the US Secretary of the Interior's Standards. |
