Due to the floodplain status of the property, flood venting is required for the corrugated metal fence. As previously mentioned in review from 8/19/2025 for TC-RES-0825-04058, it is required that the 6-inches from natural grade and up be free from obstruction – The currently shown mesh will not be allowable as it would allow for buildup, debris, etc which would in turn create obstructions.
