Site Engineering Review Comments:
1. Due to the floodplain status of the property, flood venting is required for the corrugated metal fence. As previously mentioned in review from 8/19/2025 for TC-RES-0825-04058, it is required that the 6-inches from natural grade and up be free from obstruction – The currently shown mesh will not be allowable as it would allow for buildup, debris, etc which would in turn create obstructions. For resubmission, ensure this is revised, as well as including a note that states – “6-inches from natural grade and up will remain free and clear of all obstructions”
