Therefore the regulatory flood elevation (and minimum FFE) is 2464.6 ft NAVD88. Please revise FFE on plans To clarify, this structure is directly between two washes (Columbus Wash and Columbus Wash Overflow/Midway Wash). Currently your calculated FFE is based off the WSEL of Columbus Wash; however, to account for the higher BFE of Columbus Wash Overflow/Midway Wash, I have interpolated from both BFE's across the same cross-sections based on distance from the channel center.
