The proposed swimming pool requires both a floodplain use (FPU) permit AND a Residential Pool and/or Spa permit. Please log-in to TDC-Online and submit plans to a new “Residential Pool and/or Spa Permit.” Our team will link the two together. 2. To get the FPU permit approved and issued, please submit a narrative that states a Residential Pool permit as been applied for and please include the permit number.
