Additionally, cut and fill quantities exceeding 50 C.Y. requires submittal and approval of a grading permit. Please apply for a “Grading Permit” also known as “Development Package” to TDC-Online. Approval of building permit is dependent on approval and issuance of a FPU and DP for this project.
