Site Engineering Comments:
1. The provided cost estimate will be accepted as adding to substantial improvement to the property.
2. Approval of floodplain use (FPU) permit (TE-FPU-0126-00014) and building permit (TC-RES-1025-04832) will be dependent on submittal of additional permits applied (by the applicant) for the sheds and FPU related to sheds.
3. Upon resubmittal for existing FPU and building permits (TE-FPU-0126-00014 & TC-RES-1025-04832 respectively) submit a comment response letter providing all permits applied for, the numbers associated, and what each permit will cover.
4. Existing permits, TE-FPU-0126-00014 & TC-RES-1025-04832, will ONLY cover the porch addition.
