It will break down the total cost into separate lines, separating labor, materials/equipment, and warranties/fees associated with the project. Ensure to have company/contractor letterhead on the document for proper documentation. This cost estimate will be used for substantial improvement calculations. 2. Final Site Engineering approval for solar permit (TC-RES-0126-00338) requires review and approval and issuance of associated submitted FPU permit (TE-FPU-0126-00013).
