Site Engineering Comments:
1. The elevation certificate submitted for the manufactured home related to TC-FBB-0226-00012 is not complete, nor is the related building permit issued.
2. Begin by submitting to TC-FBB-0226-00012 the requested changes to the site plan for Site Engineering approval. A comment response will be needed with resubmittal.
3. Submit a completed Elevation certificate, the condition of the home in the pictures is not acceptable because the final elevation is not determined until the structure is set in place. Pictures must show all four sides, there is a side missing. Resubmit final elevation certificate, be sure to include the elevation of the lowest elevation of M&E.
