The proposed project/site resides within the recognized West Branch Santa Cruz River/FEMA AE Floodplain. This floodplain use permit will require an intermediate and final elevation certificate to be filled out by a registered land surveyor or engineer and submitted to the associated FPU permit. The intermediate is to be completed PRIOR to pouring the foundation. The final is completed after construction is completed. i. It was found that the base flood elevation (BFE) for the proposed structure is 2397.1-FT NAVD 88. This will require a minimum finished floor elevation (FFE) of 2398.1-FT NAVD 88. ii. For the resubmission of the FPU permit and the FBB permit, submit the construction plans with a general note that states, “structure to be built with FFE 2398.1-FT NAVD 88.” 2. Site Engineering will be unable to approve the FPU permit (TE-FPU-0126-00011) until a FBB permit is applied for.
