The floodplain use permit cannot be issued until there is a building permit number to associate it with. 2. The required FFE for the guest house is 2515.93ft NAVD88. The FFE must be stated on the plans for the floodplain use permit and the building permit. 3. The new wall will need drainage openings at grade level at a minimum 5ft spacing, or the gate must be raised at least 6 inches above grade.
