TW New Development Review Fast REVIEW COMPLETED Tucson Water has no objection to the proposed lot split; however, please note the following:

The new lot created by the lot split along 22nd Street cannot be served by directly tapping the existing 24-inch water main in that street. If domestic water service is needed, there is an existing 6-inch fire hydrant lateral/service in the vicinity that may be used—a tee connection may be cut in to extend a smaller water main for service to the new lot (subject to Tucson Water standards and approval). For new service coordination, please contact Tucson Water’s New Services Section.
