Sewer Layout Approval
Record Status: Approved
Historic Standard REVIEW COMPLETED The property at 936 W 34th St. is located within an Archaeological Sensitivity Zone. According to records at the Historic Preservation Office (HPO), the parcel has not been inventoried for cultural resources by a qualified archaeologist. The HPO recommends that a Class III pedestrian survey is conducted on the parcel by a qualified archaeological consultant before the parcel is sub-divided. This survey will identify the presence of surficial cultural resources and the potential for subsurface archaeological deposits. If the Class III survey identifies cultural resources, additional mitigation measures may be appropriate.
