The City Development Review Committee ensures the Assurance Agreement is reviewed by the City Attorney’s Office prior to recording. The recorded CC&R will be mailed to the address on the cover sheet. The City Clerk’s Office keeps the recorded Final Plat and Assurance Agreement. A copy of the recorded Final Plat and Assurance Agreement will be available on www.tucsonaz.gov/pro.
