1. Dedication; 1st and 2nd Paragraphs: If only one person will be signing the Dedication, these paragraphs should start with “I” instead of “We, the undersigned”.

2. Dedication: Add a paragraph that reads, “(I/We) hereby grant to the public and all utility companies all easements as shown hereon for the purposes of access for installation and maintenance of public sewers and utilities and other uses as designated by this plat.”

3. A resubmittal of the final plat is required.
