PDSD and Tucson Water staff have met about the dedication language that should appear on this final plat. We jointly agreed that the dedication should read as follows: I, THE UNDERSIGNED, HEREBY WARRANT THAT ALCE INVESTMENTS, LLC IS THE OWNER AND THE ONLY PARTY HAVING ANY INTEREST IN THE LAND SHOWN ON THIS PLAT, AND ALCE INVESTMENTS, LLC CONSENTS TO THE SUBDIVISION OF SAID LAND IN THE MANNER SHOWN HEREON. ALCE INVESTMENTS, LLC HEREBY GRANTS TO THE PUBLIC AND ALL UTILITY COMPANIES ALL EASEMENTS AS SHOWN HEREON FOR THE PURPOSES OF ACCESS FOR INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC SEWERS AND UTILITIES AND OTHER USES AS DESIGNATED BY THIS PLAT.
