2-08.2.0 CONTENT REQUIREMENTS

1. COMMENT: 2-08.5.E – Provide a lot coverage calculation that meets the requirements of UDC Article 6.4.3 and the example shown on the requirements for a residential plot plan found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf.

2. COMMENT: 2-08.5.E – Perimeter yard setbacks are based on a measurement from design grade to the highest point of the exterior wall UDC Article 6.4.5.B & Figure 6.4.5-A. Provide the height of the south wall for the house shown on lot 6-A so that perimeter yard setback requirements can be verified. The minimum setback is the greater of six (6) feet, or two-thirds (2/3) the height of the structure’s wall facing each interior property line (Table 6.3-2.A).
