LOS ALTOS AVENUE) SHALL CONTINUE TO USE THE EXISTING WATER METER. LOTS 1 & 2 SHALL SERVED BY NEW WATER METERS INSTALLED IN THEIR RESPECTIVE STREET FRONTAGE.

Site Engineering REQUIRES RESUBMIT 1. This proposed subdivision is in a recently mapped Pima County floodplain, therefore it is no longer eligible for division as a minor subdivision. Should you choose to proceed with a subdivision, a hydrology study will be required to establish flood elevations, and a tentative plat will be required to demonstrate floodplain mitigation. If no site improvements or additions are planned, a Block Plat may be submitted, however, a hydrology study will need to be submitted to address the floodplain.
2. Each parcel and residence must function independently post subdivision, we require approval from Pima County Wastewater prior to proceeding to ensure that each parcel has a separate sewer connection.
