TW New Development Review Fast REVIEW COMPLETED New Area Development (NAD) has no objection to the proposed lot split. Parcel 115-17-164D, located at 1705 N Navajo St, is currently served by an existing 5/8" AMR water meter. Once the lot division is officially recorded, the new parcel created by the split will continue to be served by the existing 5/8" meter associated with 1419 W Riverview. If the property is sold, the water service account will need to be transferred to the new owner. If an additional, separate meter is desired in the future, the owner must submit a request for abandonment and new services through Tucson Water New Services.
