A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-4). RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. The Response Letter provided by the applicant states that a DDO was applied for. This process, as stated by Jeffrey Cassidy on April 8, 2026 (the April 8, 2025 date was a typo), takes approximately 6 weeks, and there is currently no record that this was applied for in the system. Please ensure the DDO has been applied for and once approved, provide the final DDO decision letter with the application permit you will submit under TD-DIV-1125-00101. Additional comments may be forthcoming depending on responses to zoning review comments and plans submitted for the next review.
